Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026.
Last updated: September 12, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Elevance team (“Elevance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit https://elevance.top and use its articles and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Who is responsible for your information
The operator responsible for the Service is the Elevance editorial team. Privacy contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may receive information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message, correction request, rights notice, or privacy request. Please do not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary.
Information collected automatically
The current edition of the Service is a static site. It deploys no analytics, advertising tags, tracking pixels, account registration, comment systems, or contact forms, and it does not intentionally store visitor data in a database. Our hosting provider may process standard technical server-log information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referring page, and timestamps for security and availability purposes.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The current edition of the Service sets no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Your browser may store locally cached copies of pages and images as part of normal web browsing; this storage is controlled by your browser settings.
Google advertising, if enabled
If Google-served ads are enabled on the Service, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, limit repeat displays, prevent fraud, and—where permitted—personalize advertising. The data involved can include online identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, approximate location inferred from IP address, pages or ad interactions, and related event information. Google’s explanation of how its technologies are used on partner sites is available at How Google uses information from sites and apps that use our services.
You can turn off Google personalized ads through Google My Ad Center’s personalization-off page. This setting does not remove all advertising and may not control ads from every provider. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain and honor the necessary consent or choice before enabling non-essential advertising technologies; before Google ads are served to users in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will use a Google-certified consent management platform that integrates with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, as required by Google’s publisher policies.
Before adding analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies, we will update this policy to identify the relevant providers and purposes and will implement the consent controls required for the places where the Service is offered.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service;
- respond to messages, rights requests, corrections, and support issues;
- understand aggregate use and improve content, design, and performance;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms.
We do not use information for materially different purposes without appropriate notice or permission.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the context, our legal basis may be: contract (processing needed to provide a feature you request); legitimate interests (security, service improvement, communications, or legal protection, balanced against user rights); consent (where consent is required, withdrawable for future processing); or legal obligation (compliance with law, court orders, or valid regulatory requests).
6. When we disclose information
We may disclose information to: hosting, email, security, and technical service providers acting for us; advertising providers when advertising is enabled, as described above; authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the Service; and a successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. We do not disclose personal information merely because someone asks. We assess legal requests and disclose only what is reasonably required.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Current examples: contact and support messages are kept while we handle them and for a reasonable record afterwards; server and security logs are kept according to the hosting provider’s standard rotation; correction and rights records are kept where needed for accountability. When advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising providers retain data under their own notices and settings.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, or another lawful mechanism. Contact [email protected] for information about relevant safeguards.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Service. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe you found a vulnerability, contact [email protected] and do not exploit or publicly disclose it before we can investigate.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures; to opt out of targeted advertising or sale or sharing of personal information where that right applies; and to appeal a decision. Submit a request to [email protected]. State your region and requested right. We may verify your identity using information reasonably related to the request. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
12. Third-party links and services
The Service may link to or embed third-party sites, images, fonts, or tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. A link does not mean we control or endorse those practices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, vendor, legal, or operational changes. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
14. Contact us
